Axiom designs, manufactures and builds conveyors in the UK for all our projects. All conveyors are built around robust designs suited to the demanding applications found within warehouses and material handling solutions. The majority are either belt or zero-line pressure (ZLP) powered roller designs.
Belt Designs:
- Rugged high grip belting
- Centre drives allows high-speed, high-load applications
- Central belt tensioning and tracking keeps fixed installation lengths
- Inverter speed control and sensors helps consistent flows of packages, even >2m/s linear speeds
- Merges and gapping sections allow multiple inducts to produce a single gapped stream.
ZLP Driven Roller Conveyors:
- Allows buffering and queuing without crushing or damage to the packages.
- Use of 24VDC motorised rollers for high torque stop / starts.
- Fully covered v-belts for long life and high-levels of operator safety.
- Each zone has individual control confirmed by individual reflective sensor.
