A sliding shoe sorter is probably the most universal method of sorting packages from a single flow to multiple lanes or bins.
Axiom design, manufacture and supply from the UK as a standalone sorter or as part of a larger systems, such as a Cross-Docking cell.
Capable of:
- >10,000 packages per hour.
- Handling 800mm wide packages.
- Packages from 150mm x 100mm x 20mm to >1000mm long.
- Includes envelopes; Jiffy bags; Boxes; Bags - virtually any type.
- Single- or double-sided sorting possible.
- Counting into pallet boxes or cages.
- Logging a box LPN to the divert allows the system to produce a manifest of packages sorted to that container.
- Package weights up to 30kg as standard.
- Sort by reading destination, weight, volume or any other parameter
- Automatic divert allocation and switching to a second destination on box filling.
